We stayed at the indochine for 8 days and it was very good, the rooms were well equipped and service efficient. The hotel is about 1km from the beach and restaurants are within 300m. The staff were friendly, value wise the hotel was alot cheaper then the other 3 and 4 store hotels nearby. We stayed in a superior/deluxe room. The hotel also throws in dinner for those staying for more the three days which is a nice touch. The breakfast wasnt fantastic but was adequate, it seemed to vary depending on how many people were in the hotel, on several occasion they ran out of juice etc and werent able to refill it. Other aspects that needed attention were the mouldy cupboards which you cant use in the room and the satellite TV which is faulty and requires staff attention every time you wish to watch it. The hotel was also reluctant to except a mastercard with out a 3.5% comission being added to the bill, something that isnt mentioned on the hotel website when booking or in the foyer upon check in, the guy who dealt with it didnt seem to see the inconvenience in sending us to some bank which we didnt know the location of and for which we didnt have transport to get to.
We also received an email from the manager asking us what our experience was which is impressive.
